Originally founded in Houston, Texas by legendary restauranteur Ninfa Laurenzo, Ninfa’s has been at the forefront of Tex-Mex cuisine in the US. From humble beginnings in a converted tortilla factory to running 40 locations worldwide, the Ninfa’s brand has become synonymous with authentic Tex-Mex. Ninfa’s continues to infuse the original flavors of Mexico with a fiesta-like atmosphere — upholding the distinct recipes pioneered by “Mama Ninfa” in 1973.

Fast forward from the mid ’70’s to 2013 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana when Engine 8 stepped in to work on the cultivation of the Ninfa’s of Louisiana brand. Partnering directly with the owners to evolve Ninfa’s overall marketing approach, Engine 8 has kept true to the Ninfa’s traditions and loyal fan base while moving the brand forward delivering fresh print, digital, and advertising strategies. From mobile advertising to on-site displays to social media management, Engine 8 continues to provide a high level of creativity and service to keep Ninfa’s at the top of the restaurant market in Baton Rouge.
