Owned and operated by chef Carole Sullivan, Mustang Catering has gained a distinguished foodie following in Southwest Montana over the past decade. Carole crafts individualized event settings with delectable menus for private parties, family gatherings, and other unique occasions ranging from cowboy branding celebrations to ladies’ garden parties on the banks of the Yellowstone River. In addition, Carole runs a café open daily in Livingston, Montana.

Engine 8 worked closely with Carole to develop her brand identity, website, email marketing, print materials, and most recently the exterior signage at her new café location on Main Street in downtown Livingston. A recent milestone in Engine 8’s partnership with Carole was the design and publication of Gatherings: Recipes from Montana’s Mustang Kitchen. The new cookbook tastefully reflects Carole’s unique passion for food and her delight in sharing her talent.
